"I started using this a few days ago after battling my weight since having children 12 years ago. I have tried many different diet pills and plans but never noticed any difference with them right away as I did with this product. The skin on my legs stopped feeling “tight” and I have already noticed some inches gone around my thighs and abdomen area. I am not dieting or exercising as of yet. I have also noticed a decrease in appetite and an increase in energy and concentration. I have noticed some irritability but also noticed that it was during times of stress and anger over current issues in my life. However, I’ve also noticed a “calming” effect and don’t feel as scatter-brained as I use to. I am currently in pre-menopause stages and have noticed a decrease in most of the negative things pre-menopause does to the body.
